On-Site Description
With the OpenERP On-Site solution, the server with preinstalled OpenERP standard modules will be configured and delivered to your site. The On-Site package is charged at a monthly subscription fee.
All standard OpenERP modules are available and can be selected and activated as and when required. There is no limitations on the number of users and all options include one full day of user training, daily back-up services, and remote monitoring of your server. No local IT resources and staff are required. The different options include regular software updates for all standard modules available, trouble shooting and maintenance.
Option 1
The package includes :

The monthly fee does not include the purchase of server and back-up equipment
Option 2
The package includes :
- Server and back-up equipment including configuration and installation of all Standard OpenERP modules.
- One full day training package
- Daily back-up
- Hardware maintenance, monitoring of your server
- Software maintenance and updates
- OpenERP support
Option 3
The package includes :
- A 12 month hire-purchase agreement for server and back-up equipment
- The installation of all standard OpenERP modules
- No limitation of number of users
- One full day training package
- Daily back-up
- Hardware maintenance, monitoring of your server
- Software maintenance and updates
- OpenERP support
- After the first year of operation, the server and back-up equipment will be transferred to the lessee at no cost.

A synchronization of data between your on-site installation and our OpenERP On-Demand solution can be provided when required. This provides full flexibility to your ERP solution and allows remote users to access their data from anywhere.
